Character History & Background

Kerropi character was designed by the Japan based company Sanrio on 10th of June in 1987. In the starting of June, 1988 sales were good; however, the first popularity was earned by the character in 1990 during the vote of characters as Kerropi achieved the first rank. Furthermore, in 1991 Kerropi was transfused into a game, which as released in Japan on the Nintendo Famicom console.

The greatest adventure was the children’s puzzle game that was produced, where Kerropi had to save Keroleen - his girlfriend - who is a prisoner inside a castle. For accomplishing the mission, Kerropi had to go along numerous hazards along the puzzle.

Besides this, Kerropi has appeared in two adventurous video games - Kero Kero Kerropi no Bounken Nikki, and Kero Kero Kerropi no Daibouken. Such games got the Kerropi character more and more famous with time.

Appearance

Born in 1987, the Japanese character Kerropi is a frog, with enormous eyes and V-formed mouth, making his face look weirdly good. He is resided in Doughnut pond, accompanying his sister, Korropi, and brother Picky. Moreover, his parents are also shielded there.

Kerropi’s father is a professional doctor, whereas his mother manages a small eatery. Most interestingly, there is a twist with the Kerropi character also having girlfriend named Keroleen.

The character Kerropi, along with the enthusiastic family members and incredible appearance, has been going green ever since it’s production.

Kerropi is very popular frog around the Doughnut pond, where he lives with his family. He loves eating rice ball cooked especially by his mother. His top-most hobby is singing, as well as swimming and he is good at both the activities. Moreover, the Keroppi character is very much attracted to adventurous challenges.
